I shot this photo during a photo shoot last week. It just reminds me of the warmth of winter... I loved the colors, the detail on the branches and the isolated pop of color on the pomegranate. I loved it even more after editing it a bit. It's hard for me to describe the emotion that it creates, but I would love to hear what thoughts this photo brings to your mind.
The location was an abandoned old house and there weren't many other pomegranates growing around it either. I can tell you for sure that no one was tending to it... but that fruit was being produced in spite of where it was planted... hmm something to ponder in the beauty of creation.
